Upload Files to Chat, Smarter Creator Lookups

Upload files and get answers instantly

You can now drag and drop or pick PDFs, CSVs, and Word documents directly into your AI chat. The agent reads the file contents and answers questions about them — extract data points, summarize findings, or cross-reference your uploads with social intelligence data. Files up to 20 MB are supported, and they work on both the landing page and inside an active conversation.

What you can do with it

  • Drop a spreadsheet and get instant analysis. Upload a CSV of creator handles, campaign metrics, or audience data and ask Glystn to summarize, filter, or cross-reference it against what it knows from social transcripts. No copy-pasting lists into the chat — just drop the file.
  • Upload a brief and start researching. Hand the AI a PDF or Word doc — a campaign brief, an RFP, a brand guidelines document — and it pulls out the key criteria and starts finding creators who match. Your brief becomes the research prompt.
  • Drag and drop from anywhere. Use the attachment picker or drag files straight onto the page. Drop a file on the AI landing page and it rides into your first message automatically — no extra steps.

Also in this release

  • Asking about new creators no longer stalls. Previously, if you asked the AI about a creator Glystn hadn't indexed yet, it would tell you to "ask me again in a minute" while data was collected. Now the AI waits for the crawl to finish and returns a complete answer in the same turn — with roughly 10x more content pulled on first crawl.
  • Instagram comment analysis is back. The AI's ability to read and summarize Instagram comments had been disrupted by an upstream API change. It's fixed, and we added broader comment-fetching support — you can now ask the AI to pull comments across a creator's top posts or from specific post URLs.
